2. Booking & Reservations

Booking Process: All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

Deposits: A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The deposit amount varies depending on the service or package selected.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to the deposit amount.

No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

3. Payments

We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and EFT (bank transfers).

Full payment is required for all services rendered unless a deposit was made prior to the appointment.

4. Gift Vouchers

Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase. After this period, they will expire, and no refunds will be issued.

Redemption: Vouchers must be redeemed at the time of booking. No refunds will be given for unused portions of a gift voucher.

5. Health and Safety

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or special needs before your treatment so that we can provide you with the most appropriate care.

Sensual Sanctuary Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who may pose a health risk to themselves or others.
